These prices are for one full week, starting on a Saturday at 4 p.m. and finishing on a Saturday at 9:30 a.m. for the entire house. The accommodation is for up to 11 people. Reductions are accorded for rentals of several weeks e.g. two weeks in peek season for € 5500.– or for small groups during the medium or low seasons.

Rental-conditions

On reception of your reservation we will send you a rental-contract. The completed contract should be returned with a deposit of 30% of the total rent.
The balance is payable on arrival.

On arrival we will also ask you for a guarantee of 700 Euros, which will be returned to you when you leave.

NEW: The tourist tax will be 4,4% of the rental price and is payable at your arrival.  Fuel  and other energy costs are included..

Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Beach towels are not included.
